Shipping & Dispatch

When buying a product from our website, you can choose at checkout which delivery option you prefer. Orders are dispatched through Royal Mail, as following:

• Tracked 48 (Royal Mail) - £4.99 - Deliveries usually take 2-3 working days and offer full tracking information, which you can find via the royal mail website. This is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes take longer. If your order is more than 2 days late we recommend checking your neighbour and then contacs.

• Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) - £5.99 - Deliveries usually take 1-2 working days and offer full tracking information, which you can find via the royal mail website. This is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes take longer. If your order is more than 2 days late we recommend checking your neighbour and then contact us.

• Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail) - £6.99 - £12.99 (based on weight of order) Deliveries should be guaranteed next working day from the date of dispatch. if an order is placed on Friday items will not arrive untill the following Monday (or Tuesday after a bank holiday) If your order is more than 3 days late we recommend checking your neighbour and then contact us.

• Free Shipping - All orders over £80 have free 48hr shipping, and over £200 orders will have free Next Day Delivery.

• Safe Place Delivery - If you're not home when a delivery driver arrives, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a 'safe place'. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that a 'safe place' is provided to prevent goods from being lost/stolen.

​

On some occasions the courier may fail to deliver your item on time, if this happens please contact us and we will contact our courier to find out where your item is. If your item has been lost in the post, Galley-La Company will provide you with a refund for your item or replacement item. We cannot be held responsible if the courier is late.

Dispatch Details

​

We aim to dispatch 'in stock' items using only track and traceable delivery services within 48 hours of placing an order. This is subject to change depending on busier times. If there are any delays we will upgrade your shipping depending on the order amount.

​

If an item you order is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will send the item once it returns to stock, and upgrade your shipping option at no additional cost. If the item is discontinued you will be informed and we will issue a refund.
